Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. We print and dispatch from the New South Wales mid-north coast.
PRODUCTION TIME
48 hours, in business days, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. The clock starts once your order is placed and your proof is approved. Anything reaching that point after 2:00pm Sydney time is counted from the next business day.
United States and Canada: next-day turnaround on orders up to US$700 or C$1,000 (about A$1,000). Approved orders to the US and Canada up to that value are printed and dispatched the next business day, on the same 2:00pm Sydney cutoff. Larger orders follow the 48-hour production time above.
Your order does not enter production until you approve your proof, so approving promptly is the single fastest thing you can do. Production time is separate from delivery time.
POSTAGE COST
Australia: flat rates anywhere in the country. Standard post is $10 and Express post is $15.
New Zealand, the United States and Canada: shipping is priced by the weight of your parcel and shown in your own currency (New Zealand, US or Canadian dollars). New Zealand and Canada can choose Australia Post International Standard, Australia Post International Express or FedEx International Priority; the United States ships with FedEx International Priority.

FREE SHIPPING
Australian orders of $150 or more ship Express at no charge. New Zealand orders of A$200 or more ship free with Australia Post International Standard. Australia Post International Express and FedEx International Priority stay available at their usual price.
DELIVERY TIME
Enter your postcode on any product page and we show arrival dates for Express and Standard, built from Australia Post’s current transit times from our base. As a guide, after dispatch Express takes 2–4 business days to the capital cities and up to 5 to Western Australia and the Northern Territory; Standard takes 2–11 business days depending on destination. Overseas, after dispatch: New Zealand 4–7 business days with Australia Post Standard, 2–5 with Express and 2–3 with FedEx International Priority; Canada 5–9 with Standard, 3–6 with Express and 2–3 with FedEx; the United States 2–3 with FedEx. Checkout shows a delivery date for each option.
These are carrier estimates, not our guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is outside our control.
DUTIES AND TAXES
New Zealand orders under NZ$1,000 (including shipping) are not charged duties or GST on arrival. Every parcel carries a customs declaration; New Zealand Customs may contact you about larger orders.
United States and Canada: your order may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, are collected from you by the carrier before or on delivery, and are not included in our prices or our shipping charge. They are your responsibility as the importer. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the outbound postage and any return charges are deducted from any refund.
TRACKING
Every order is tracked. Your tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched. If it has not arrived, check your junk folder before contacting us.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please check your address carefully at checkout — we send to the address you give us. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once the return and redelivery postage is paid.
Where the carrier records a parcel as delivered and it is later taken from an unattended location, we are not able to replace it. If you would prefer a signature on delivery or delivery to a Parcel Locker, choose that at checkout.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email admin@stickerdirect.com.au with your order number and we will raise an enquiry with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost we reprint or refund.
