Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Sticker Direct ABN 92 666 513 177 ("we", "us", "our"). Placing an order means you accept them. The version published when you order is the version that applies to that order.

ARTWORK PROOFS AND APPROVAL

We produce a proof for every order and print nothing until you approve it. Revisions before approval are free and unlimited.

Approving a proof confirms that the artwork, spelling, dimensions, colours, quantity, material and cut line are all correct. Once you place your order with an approved proof, production begins and it can no longer be changed or cancelled. We are not responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.

ARTWORK YOU SUPPLY

You confirm that you own the artwork you send us, or that you have the owner's permission to have it printed. This covers logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, fonts and anything else in your file.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage or legal cost arising from a dispute about intellectual property in artwork you supplied, except to the extent we caused it.

We may decline any job we believe infringes someone's rights, or that is offensive, unlawful, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

FILE QUALITY AND ARTWORK SERVICES

We print what you give us. We will point out obvious problems where we notice them, but checking your file is your responsibility and we do not redraw or correct artwork as part of a standard order. We cannot add resolution to a low-quality file. Where a file needs rebuilding, a vector redraw is available as a paid add-on, quoted before you commit.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Production is 48 hours, counted in business days, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. The clock starts once your order is placed and your proof is approved, and anything reaching that point after 2:00pm Sydney time counts from the next business day.

Production time does not include delivery. Delivery is additional and depends on your address and the service selected at checkout.

Production and delivery times are estimates given in good faith. They are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by a carrier, by weather, or by anything else outside our control. If you are working to a hard deadline, tell us before you order so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Where a price has been displayed in error we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any point before your order goes into production, for a full refund. Once it is in production it cannot be cancelled, because the materials have been committed and the job is specific to you.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

The content, design, images and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site to browse and place orders. You may not copy, scrape, mirror or republish it, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

LIABILITY

Subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent the law permits, our liability for any order is limited to one of: reprinting it, replacing it, or refunding what you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or costs arising from a missed event or deadline.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
